      In this folder, you will find the backup files (.mbz) for our courses. You can download these files and easily restore/import them into your own Moodle platform to reuse the course structure, materials, and activities.

      How to use: Download the desired .mbz file, go to your Moodle course, and use the "Restore" feature to upload and apply the backup.
